Working at Group

Group's magnetic culture plays a key role in our ability to find, keep, and develop some of the industry's best talent. It’s why we’ve been voted Reader’s Choice Best Local Employer time after time. It's why we have more than 100 staff members who have been here for 10 years or longer. And it's why we launch many of the industry's most innovative new resources every year.

We’re an interdenominational Christian company that creates products to help people grow closer to Jesus and each other. We offer competitive salaries and benefits, a beautiful location next to the Rocky Mountains, and unique opportunities you won't find anywhere else.

We're also dedicated to the principles of equal employment opportunity. We don't discriminate against applicants on the basis of age, race, gender, religion, disability, veteran status or any other status protected by federal, state or local law.

"We create experiences that help people grow in relationship with Jesus and each other."
