Get practical help you can use right away…
Do you sometimes feel alone in ministry? Or are you just stumped sometimes and wondering where to find answers? Our women's ministry team at Group has spent many hours talking to women who are involved with or leading women's ministry at their churches. And we're here to tell you that you're not alone! There are women everywhere with the same questions, struggles, and issues you're experiencing. And the help you've been looking for is here!
We're going on the road to share practical tips, know-how, and ideas that you can take back to your church and use in your women's ministry right away.
Because we know you're busy and have little time to spare, we've developed a one-day, one-of-a-kind training event that's packed with the training you need for creating a thriving ministry at your church. You'll walk away with things you can do instantly to make a difference! Plus, we're giving you a networking lunch so you can learn from each other, too!
Check out the sessions and what you'll learn…
Session 1: How to Start a Women's Ministry or Make Yours Better!
Whether you're just getting started or need to update and refresh your ministry, this workshop will walk you through it. Steps include creating a mission and vision, considering how your ministry should be organized for your specific needs, developing your leadership team, and how to gracefully move through the process of change.
Session 2: Reaching Younger Women
Ninety-six percent of women's ministry leaders say that reaching the next generation is a priority to them. But how? This session focuses on the needs of younger women and helps leaders discover a strategy for reaching them effectively.
Session 3: Fun with a Purpose
Women's ministry isn't all about party planning-but it shouldn't be boring either! This session addresses the importance of fun and relationships as they relate to a thriving women's ministry. We'll look at outreach, effective events, and forming supportive small groups.
Session 4: Bible Studies & Retreats
Your ministry is ultimately about spiritual growth. You want women to grow closer to God, and we want to help you do that! Here we'll dig into the elements that lead to meaningful growth, and discover how you can implement these in your own church right away.

Check out the new sessions and what you'll learn…
Connecting Women to God
For most of us the key reason we’re involved in women’s ministry is to help women grow closer to God. Try out new worship experiences, prayer ideas, study suggestions, and other ways to keep what you’re doing fresh and relevant.
Connecting to Your Community
Reaching women beyond our church walls is part of the commandment Jesus gave to “Go!” in Matthew 28:19-20. Consider new ideas for outreach, service, and making a difference in your community.
Connecting Your Leadership Team
Discover great ideas for growing your women’s ministry leadership team—both by adding new women and by growing these leaders into a strong team. We’ll explore creative approaches for energizing teams, developing leadership skills, and handling conflict.
Connecting the Generations
How can we reach out to younger women without alienating the older women? What’s different about the generations—and what’s the bridge that brings us all together? What about mentoring? This is the session where you’ll get answers!
