If you’re not 100% pleased with your purchase from Group, return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The nitty gritty details follow:
- You can return Group resources directly to us, provided you bought them directly from us. If your resources were purchased from one of our wonderful resellers, please work with them to handle your returns.
- Damaged or Defective Product: Give us a call at 800-447-1070 within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.
- Wrong Item Shipped: Call us at 800-447-1070 so we can make it right.
- Condition of Returned Product: Returned product must be in sellable condition: unopened in original packaging with no stickers or markings.
- Returns of Value Packs, Kits, or Sets: All original components must be returned in sellable condition. Partial or pro-rated credit will not be issued for incomplete packages. For example, if you only use two of four items in a Value Pack, Kit, or Set we will not issue credit for the two unused items.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred to return resources to Group. However, you are not responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective products or other issues for which Group is responsible.
- When you are responsible for shipping costs, we encourage you to use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and secure packaging for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the return shipping process.
To receive full credit, returns must be received at Group within 30 days of your purchase, with the following exceptions:
- Monumental – September 1, 2022
- Jerusalem Marketplace – September 1, 2022
- HayDay – September 1, 2022
- Fall Quarter return deadline is January 1
- Winter Quarter deadline is April 1
- Spring Quarter deadline is July 1
- Summer Quarter deadline is October 1
- Christmas events return deadline is February 1, 2022
- Easter events return deadline is June 1, 2022
- WonderFull World deadline is November 30, 2022
- Café Chocolat deadline is November 30, 2022

- Once you have the required Return Authorization paperwork: Pack items securely, using the right-sized box with proper packing materials. **Important: Include your Returns Authorization paperwork. If more than one box is required, please make copies and include in each box**

- Once we receive your returned product, including the Return Authorization paperwork, you can expect to see your credit in about two weeks after your return is received and processed. Refunds are available upon request to accounts with credit balances.
