Q: How long are these supposed to last when lighted? We purchased 15 of these. Some of them lit up very well and some dimmed out before 2 hours was up. One didn't seem to light at all. We purchased replacement batteries that cost $4.00 which is more than the stick itself! It finally lit up but still not very bright. It seems like the construction is not great in that the batteries don't make good contact with the lighting element especially when hung up. Any ideas or comments concerning that?

A: We are so sorry for your experience with the Lightcicles. When we have used them, they did last a full week if they were turned off each day after Everest VBS a few years ago and the full 2 days of Polar Blast as well. Please contact our Customer Support team with your original order number and account number and they can offer help with this product issue.

Q: Is it one set of three or just one lightcicle? It says package of one, but the picture shows three.

A: These are sold individually. The description says a package of 1. The picture is just showing the variation in colors. Each lightcicle has multiple setting for color rotation, blinking, etc
