Pursuing physical fitness is difficult for most people, and even more so for youth workers. But, most people share that there’s a connection between their physical wellness and their spiritual wellness. When they’re healthier physically, they’re better able to do the job Jesus has called them to with students.

SimplyFit exists so we can spur one another on towards a healthy balance. We don’t want to conform the cultural pattern of obsessing about the scale, pant size, or appearances. At the same time, we don’t want to ignore this issue that entangled so many of us.

Join Jobe Lewis and friends at 7:00-8:00 am or 4:30-5:15 pm on Saturday and Sunday of SYMC.

During these times, we will talk together, pray together, and workout together. Join us as we spur one another on in love in a Jesus-centered way. All fitness levels are welcome.
