Grapple® age-level comparison: Preteen vs. Jr. High
Both Grapple Preteen and Jr. High focus on age-relevant topics that help kids grapple with important issues that are specific to what they are going through. Both are flexible and integrate the MyGrapple.com Web community.
Here’s what makes them different:
Grapple Lessons
Preteens dig into the Bible to find answers to the tough questions they are asking about faith, relationships, and the choices they make. Each week they explore several key verses in the Bible that relate to the topic being studied that act to give them a foundation for what the Bible says about these issues. Six weeks out of every quarter, preteens will start their lesson with an engaging discussion-starter video or movie connection.
Junior highers dig deeper as they navigate through and find the answers to their biggest questions about relationships with God, themselves, and others. Each week they plunge into the Bible to study one biblical passage that relates to the topic they are studying and end their study with a direct connection to Jesus. Each week, junior highers will start their lesson with an engaging discussion-starter video.

Junior highers will get everything a preteen gets, with a few added extras because they’re getting older and have different interests and needs.
