To access your electronic resources or downloads after purchasing, simply follow the instructions below.

How to Download Your Electronic Products

  1. Login to the Group.com store with the email address and password associated with your account.
  2. Click on the "My Account" link then choose "Order History" to view your past orders.  If your order does not appear in the history, expand the "order History" date range.
  3. Click on the order number that's related to your electronic document purchase to view the details of your purchase.
  4. Click on the "here" or "download" link next to the document you'd like to download, and a pop-up window will guide you on the document download process.

 

Having Trouble Opening PDF Files?

Many of Group's downloadable resources are delivered in the Adobe PDF format.  If you're having trouble opening the file you just downloaded, please download the latest version of Adobe Reader or open Adobe Reader on your computer and select Help > Check for Updates.

Some resources are delivered as a PDF portfolio, which is simply a collection of separate PDF files packaged together in one file.  To open a PDF portfolio, you will need to have Adobe Reader and Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer.

Accessing LIVE Curriculum

  • Youth Ministry curriculum lines:  You will receive two emails.  The first is confirmation of your order and the second email will contain a link and your login for the LIVE Curriculum site.
  • Children's Ministry curriculum:  After receiving your media pack, please call product support with the included activation code and your account will be created.

Accessing Children's Ministry Magazine or Group Magazine Subscriptions

Please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive. International orders will take additional time to arrive.

Accessing Digital Magazine Subscriptions

You will receive two emails.  The first is confirmation of your order and the second email will contain a link and your login for the magazine site.

Accessing FaithWeaver NOW Digital Content

Set up a free church account at group.com/digital.  For more information, see the Help & Support page at group.com/digital/help.

Accessing VBS P.R.O.

You will receive two emails.  The first is confirmation of your order and the second email will contain a link and your login for your VBS P.R.O. site.

Accessing MyYM.com

If you ordered items from MyYM/YouthMinistry.com, the files will be attached to a separate email sent to you from info@group.com with the subject line "Your Life-Changing MyYM Resources".

Accessing Parenting Christian Kids or ParentLink Youth Edition Subscriptions

You will receive two emails.  The first is confirmation of your order and the second email will contain a link and your login for the Parenting Christian Kids or ParentLink site.

Accessing Shepherd's Watch

You will receive two emails. The first is a confirmation of your order. The second contains instructions and your password for getting logged in to Shepherd’s Watch Basic or Premium. If you do not receive the second email with your password, please contact product support: productsupport@group.com or 800.975.4006.

 

 

Check Order Status

  1. Log in to the Group.com store with the email address and password associated with your account.
  2. Click on the "My Account" link then choose "Order History" to view your past orders.  If your order does not appear in the history, expand the "Order History" date range.
  3. Click on the order number to view the details of your purchase.
  4. Click on the "Shipment Details" icon to view the shipping details and tracking information.
  5. Update Password or View Standing Order Info
  6. If you'd like to change your password or view/change your Standing Order information, click "My Account" link then choose "My Profile" to access your profile page.
