The Easy VBS Power Lab Segway i2 Church/Parachurch Sweepstakes (the "Drawing") is sponsored by Group Publishing’s Easy VBS Power Lab, located at 1515 Cascade Avenue, Loveland, CO 80538 ("Group’s Easy VBS” or "Sponsor").
THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSISTS OF ONE (1) DRAWING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED FOR THE DRAWING.

1. Consumer Disclosure: One (1) Winner will be awarded one (1) Segway i2 personal transporter worth $5,500.00 retail value (shipping included).

2. RESTRICTIONS ON ELIGIBILITY: The Drawing commences on Monday, August 27, 2007, at 12:00  noon Mountain Standard Time ("MST") and terminates at 11:59 PM MST on Sunday, April 20 2008 (the "Drawing Eligibility Period"). THIS DRAWING IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDING UNITED STATES TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS) WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF THE STARTING DATE OF THE DRAWING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. This Sweepstakes is RESTRICTED to Christian churches and Christian parachurch organizations in the United States who are non-profit religious organizations as defined by the United States Internal Revenue Code (26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3)) and who have secured the status of a “501(c)(3) organization” from the IRS.  NO other for-profit, not-for profit, or governmental organization, are eligible to participate in this Drawing. Members of the general public are NOT eligible to participate in this Drawing. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate in the Drawing. Participation in the Drawing constitutes an entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

3. TO ENTER: Eligible entrants may go to the Group’s VBS Web site (www.group.com/vbs). Click on the  “Enter Group’s 2008 Easy VBS Segway Sweepstakes” button and entrants will be taken to a Web page with the entry form. Entrants will have the opportunity to register for the Group’s Easy VBS Power Lab Segway i2 Drawing. By registering, the Entrant will be registered for one (1) entry in the Prize Drawing (an "Entry"). Multiple entries by different individuals using the same email address or by one individual using multiple email addresses will not be considered valid.  Automated or mechanically generated entries are ineligible. Only Entries submitted to the Web address listed above will be considered for entry into the Drawing.

4. LIMIT: ONLY ONE ENTRY PER CHURCH OR PARACHURCH ORGANIZATION WILL BE ALLOWED. MULTIPLE ENTRIES FROM ONE CHURCH OR PARACHURCH ORGANIZATION ARE NOT ALLOWED AND WILL BE EXCLUDED. Each eligible Entry received will be included in the Prize Drawing as set forth below.

5. PRIZE DRAWING AND PRIZE: The Prize Drawing will be conducted and the prize awarded, subject to verification and compliance, as follows: (a) One (1) Winner will be chosen in a random drawing at or around noon MST. Monday, April 21, 2008.  Winner will be drawn from among the eligible entries received during the Entry Period, subject to verification and compliance.  One (1) winner will receive one (1) Segway i2 personal transporter. Sponsor will pay ground-shipping costs to anywhere within the United States.  No cash value. Not valid with other offers. Drawing will be made by Sponsor, whose decisions are final with respect to all matters related to the Drawing. Total approximate retail value of the Prize is U.S. $5,500.00 including ground shipping.

6. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of Eligible Entries received throughout from Monday, August 27, 2007 at noon through 11:59 PM MST on Sunday, April 20, 2008.  "Eligible Entries" are those entries received by Sponsor throughout the Drawing Eligibility Period, and which meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

7. PRIZE LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: The Prize is nontransferable and non-endorsable. No substitution of Prize is permitted except that, if Prize is unavailable at the time it is awarded, Sponsor may substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving the Prize.  Each Winner must comply with all other requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will notify the potential Prize Drawing Winner by email within five (5) business day(s) after Monday, April 21, 2008. Potential Drawing Winner must respond to notification within seven (7) days of such notification and provide the required documentation (respond from email address from which entry was submitted), or the Winner's prize will be forfeited. Winner must maintain a record of his or her timely response to establish such timely response was made and must produce such evidence to Sponsor upon request. Winner must provide documentation that the Winner is a Christian church or Christian parachurch organization and a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization upon demand of the Sponsor. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate Winner. The claimed prize will be awarded and shipped to the individual Winner. 
9. ENTRIES: All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, service providers, computer equipment, fax machines, or software, failure of any email or entry received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, problems with the Sponsor's Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Drawing. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the registered holder of the email account. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE GROUP’S WEB SITES OR TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS DRAWING IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH TAMPERING OCCUR, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. If, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Drawing, or if technical or other difficulties compromise the integrity of the Drawing, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or to modify, postpone, or terminate the Prize Drawing portions of the Drawing. In the event Sponsor must exercise this right to terminate, winners will be selected through a random drawing from among all eligible and salvageable entries received prior to the date on which the Drawing was terminated.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Drawing, Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, which are final on all matters pertaining to this Drawing. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes (including, without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes) on or connected with prizes are the sole and exclusive responsibility of Winner. All reasonable ground delivery charges will be the responsibility of Sponsor. Entrants further grant to Sponsor the right to use, state, and publish their names online, in print, or any other media now known or hereinafter developed, in connection with the Drawing. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation to such Winner, unless prohibited by law.  By entering this Drawing, Entrant grants Group permission to communicate with Entrant on new product information and offers from Group.

11. RELEASE: BY ENTERING THE DRAWING, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS, AND ADVISORS AND THE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES OF SPONSOR, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT(S), AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS, AND ADVISORS HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE DRAWING OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE DRAWING, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.

12. INFORMATION ABOUT WINNER: If you would like to receive a confirmation of the Winner, please send a 4x6 card with your name, address, email address, city, state, and ZIP code to: Power Lab Segway i2 Church/Parachurch Drawing Winner, 1515 Cascade Avenue, Loveland, CO 80538. Sponsor will notify you by either by U.S. postal mail or email of the name of the Winner on or after May 15, 2008.

13. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND VENUE: This Drawing and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and Entrants will be governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of Colorado, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings, or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of Colorado, County of Larimer. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of Colorado and the federal court located within Colorado with respect to any action, dispute, or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this Drawing.

14. PRIVACY: Information supplied by entrants may be shared by Group’s Easy VBS with the other Sponsors of the Drawing and utilized to contact entrants and winners to facilitate the administration of this Drawing.

15. SPONSOR: The Sponsor is Group Publishing, Inc., a Colorado corporation whose headquarters are located at 1515 Cascade Avenue, Loveland, CO 80538.

16. STATUTORY AUTHORITY: This Drawing complies with the provisions of the “Sweepstakes and Contests” provisions of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act (codified at Colorado Revised Statutes 6-1-801 to 804).
