What do positions at Group pay?
Here at Group we team up to work hard -- which enables us to provide fair salaries, good benefits, and give staff members a share in our financial success.

We choose to keep specific numbers confidential. But if you have a pay expectation for a specific role in which you’re interested, do this: contact us to tell us your expectation and we’re happy to share if your expectation is in the same range as ours.

You can review our benefits package at www.group.com/hr/benefits.asp.

What is your benefits package?
Group offers a competitive benefits package. We offer paid vacation, personal days; and health, dental, and vision insurance. In addition, if Group is profitable during the annual period and leadership declares a profit-sharing contribution, Group staff may share in the profits through a 401(k) deferred compensation plan and a cash bonus plan. And daily our Group staff enjoys a friendly, fun, and creative work environment. To learn more about our great benefits, visit www.group.com/hr/benefits.asp.

Are there job opportunities outside of Loveland, Colorado?
Loveland, Colorado, is tucked up against the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and enjoys more than 300+ sunny days per year. Why would you want to work any place else?

Although we’re partial to Loveland we do occasionally have job opportunities outside of Colorado. All positions listed on our career page are located in Loveland unless specified otherwise. So keep an eye on our career page -- you never know when a Group job that’s perfect for you may pop up in your neck of the woods!

Is there an option to work from home?
Because teamwork is so important at Group there are many projects and meetings that are cross-departmental and require staff to be present. Besides we’d really miss seeing your smiling face everyday!

Working from home is not always a possibility, especially for new staff who are just learning all about Group’s great ways to do things. Occasionally, after a staff member has been at Group a while and, depending on the role of the staff member, a work at home status can be arranged.

Do you really have a talking moose in your lobby?
Odd -- but true. Stop by Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm to chat with Bruce, our talking moose. Bruce has over 25 different sayings and talks every 5 minutes. His tail even wags when he talks!

Why do people like to work at Group?
Group is a place where incredible things happen -- and what you see in the innovative resources and experiences we create is a reflection of what’s on the inside! Group staff believes in our mission of equipping churches to help children, youth, and adults grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Group is a fun, creative, work-hard, and play-hard environment that’s packed with fantastic challenges and variety of opportunities to make a positive impact thru our mission. It’s a casual and flexible environment infused with great staff.

Our facility contributes to this remarkable environment. Group’s decor has a mountain lodge feel that includes tall ceilings, real wood pillars, windows in the cubicles, and lots of natural light. The building even offers a view of the mountains that rise majestically to our west.

To whom do I address my cover letter?
To Human Resources.

Two things you should know: we really are “human.” By that we mean we take your interest in Group seriously. We love bringing top-notch staff to our team, and we’ll read what you send us carefully.

Second: we do, indeed, have “resources.” And we’ll use them to get your resume to a hiring supervisor who leads the team where that dream job lives.

Do you offer temporary assignments?
From time to time Group offers temporary assignments. Typical temporary assignments include print production artists; designers; administrative support; data entry; telesales; assembly; picking, packing and shipping of customer orders; and stuff we haven’t even thought of yet!

If you’re interested in the flexibility of temporary assignments at Group, please contact Kelly Services. It’s our temporary service provider.
